Sterilization Spiral blanching machine
This machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a stainless steel cylinder and spiral plate forming the working space, enclosed steam pipes and pipelines, and uniform water temperature by a vortex type inflatable aerator. Steam heats the clean water in the equipment tank through automatic temperature controlled steam pipes and pipelines to meet the requirements of the blanching material processing technology. At the same time as the material is conveyed by the spiral blade inside the cylinder, pure high-pressure air generates bubbles under the equipment cylinder, forming small water waves, thus achieving the purpose of fully blanching the processed material. The conveying and blanching time can be controlled by adjusting the frequency of the frequency converter.
This device has a simple structure, smooth operation, low noise and energy consumption, and good blanching effect.

Principle:
This equipment is one of the raw material pretreatment devices in fruit and vegetable processing. By pre boiling the raw materials, browning can be prevented, active enzymes can be inhibited, and pectin can be decomposed to improve juice yield.
The machine is mainly composed of a power transmission part, a conveying screw, a discharge hopper, a screen, inner and outer cylinders, steam pipes, a frame, and other parts. Except for some standard components such as power and bearings, the rest are made of stainless steel 304 material. During operation, materials are added through the feeding port and enter the spiral pre boiling machine. Steam enters the inner cylinder through the pipeline, heating the water in the inner cylinder and also heating the materials. Under the action of the spiral propeller, the materials move forward while being heated. After reaching the required temperature and time for the process, the materials are discharged through the discharge port
